Description

• Play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of data between Avela and other various systems • Develop custom solutions and configurations based on client requirements, leveraging our products/services, integrating with existing systems and platforms, building add-ons for our products, and internal toolings • Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate custom implementations, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, addressing questions and troubleshooting problems, particularly around integrations and custom product features • Document custom implementations, including design specifications, configuration details, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge transfer and future support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer support, to ensure alignment of custom implementations with overall business objectives and customer satisfaction • Accountable for overseeing technical project management and ensuring timely project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field • 5+ years of full time professional experience, at least 3 in integrations related software engineering roles • Highly driven and proactive self-starter with a strong focus on continuous improvement • Full stack experience with React, Typescript, NodeJS, GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL • In-depth experience developing highly scalable solutions leveraging AWS or similar cloud services • Deep understanding of integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, ETL, message queues, service bus
