Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in finance/accounting and IT/systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex financial systems in a fast-paced environment • Deep understanding of ERP systems, financial reporting, and compliance requirements • Specific experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, Vertex, and/or Aptitude RevStream is preferred • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement • Experience in the technology industry, particularly in a company that sells hardware, software, and services, is highly desirable • Successful experience with business process modeling and mapping requirements to technology • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and ability to communicate business impact of design, dependencies and process • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with others, lead actions, and adapt to change • Ability to work with minimal direction, "think big", and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology hype • Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups • High-energy teammate with a positive attitude
