• Make Mogli sing by maximizing the value Mogli SMS delivers to the client by providing appropriate solutions to their business needs within their constraints • Own the professional services lifecycle: In tight coordination with the client, conduct scoping, implementation, testing, rollout, training, documentation, and sign-off of the build within the agreed time and budget • Be a source of continuity from the sales process through implementation by building customizations and/or automations requested by the client during the sales process • Adhere to internal processes regarding time tracking, project management, knowledge management for professional services for proper accounting and risk management
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, clouds, products, use cases • Experience deploying and/or supporting Mogli SMS or similar messaging SaaS product • 2-3 years of experience with declarative configuration of Salesforce and related products • Marketing Cloud and Apex programming experience preferred • Background managing client accounts and/or directly interacting with clients • 1-2 years of related product, solution engineering, or sales experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or other related fields • Understanding Nonprofit and Higher Education sectors is a bonus, but not required
