• Evaluate inbound leads according to established standards and pursue additional information if necessary; • Participate in calls/meetings with prospective clients to evaluate their eligibility for progression to the next stages of the sales process; • Maintain regular email correspondence and follow-up with prospects as necessary; • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate updates and coordinating rescheduling of appointments in the event of missed meetings; • Assist sales executives in maintaining current information on their deals.
• Have 1+ years of experience in Customer support, Contact center/tech support, Sales related roles (B2B sales or business development); • Have an advanced level of English (C1-C2); • Are experienced in using sales tools, G-suite services, and various CRM systems; • Can work remotely both independently and within a team; • Are a self-driven and responsible problem solver; • Have a knack for building rapport and collaborating with diverse people in the team; • Share a continuous improvement and growth mindset; • Thrive in transparent, impartial, and fast-paced environments.
