Description
• Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms • Conduct meetings with clients • Handle email correspondence with the prospects • Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs • Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort • Provide consistent, accurate and timely bi-weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management • Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs • Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Service Delivery, Project Management is a must • Fluent English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking) • Excellent communication skills: you should be a great listener with a capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner • Discipline and ability to plan, organize and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal • Stress resistance and confidence: you should be able to communicate assertively, handle feedback and work on improvement • Emotional intelligence: you professionally perceive, use, understand, manage and cope with emotions in various situations • Persistence and positive attitude: you can focus on the bright side of things and seek solutions and progress always • Ability to work in a team and independently • Fast learning skills, adaptability to new environments and flexibility to quickly grasp new concepts • Out of the box thinking with desire to explore creative ideas with a proactive approach
