📋 Description

• Lead qualification & outreach • You are the first voice of Benetics AI — by phone, email and through social selling. • Your goal: identify the right stakeholders, generate interest and hand over qualified appointments to the sales team. • Active cold outreach and outbound calling to trades and construction companies • Qualification of inbound leads from trade shows, website inquiries and campaigns • Build and maintain contact lists and sequences in the CRM • Close coordination with the sales team for seamless lead handover • Optimization of pre-sales processes using a modern AI stack • You work closely with our marketing team and bring market insights directly from the field. • Support in preparing for and following up on trade shows and events • Contribute to the design of outreach campaigns (copy, sequences, target audiences)

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoy talking on the phone and a genuine interest in people — you listen before you speak • First work experience or internships in inside sales, tech sales, or a similar area is an advantage • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English (French is a plus) • Structured, independent working style and experience with CRMs • Curiosity about the construction industry — prior knowledge is not required
