• We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Events Manager to join our Events Team at Billtrust. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to engage prospects and customers through strategic planning and execution of various key events. These events include large industry conferences, personalized activations for top-tier accounts, and intimate customer roundtables. Your focus will be on creating a premium brand experience at our events, driving customer inspiration, prospect education, and market expansion. • What You'll Do: - Work to partner on the planning and execution of major industry conferences, including negotiating sponsorships, managing booth presence, organizing executive meeting spaces, and hosting networking events. - Develop strategies and oversee smaller regional events, delivering premium experiences for top accounts. - Manage impactful digital events and online customer roundtables. - Cultivate relationships with event vendors, industry associations, and partner event teams. - Collaborate with Sales to drive pipeline at events and identify opportunities for future engagement. - Work closely with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to assess sponsorship opportunities, execute communication plans, and track event performance. - Partner with external communications for executive speaking opportunities.
• 5+ years of experience in event marketing. • Willingness to travel up to 30%. • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and branded experiences. • Experience managing both first-party and third-party events from concept to execution. • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with executives and team members. • Ability to problem-solve in real-time and maintain composure in time-sensitive projects. • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent delivery schedules. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. • Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo (or other marketing automation platforms). • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) certification is a plus.
