• Act as a subject matter expert for Bose Professional products • Provide technical and operational knowledge to field engineers and technicians • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex hardware, software, and network issues • Develop and provide repair training to Third-Party service providers • Monitor service levels and key performance indicators • Coordinate with distributors for product certifications • Continually develop knowledge in technology used in Bose Professional products • Build strong relationships with Third-Party service providers
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Engineering or equivalent • Minimum five years related work experience • Strong information systems skills • Excellent writing and communications skills • Fluent English proficiency
