• Sales Executive position for bswift’s direct business • Responsible for selling technology and services to large and mid-market employers • Engage with external constituents like employers, consultants, insurance brokers, and enrollment firms • Manage the end-to-end sales process including responses to RFPs, pricing, external meetings, and contract negotiation • Develop regional sales strategy and proactively prospect in assigned market segment • Establish a local market presence and lead effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders • Negotiate sales contracts and letters of intent to execution
• 10+ years industry experience in a sales position • Experience selling benefits administration or insurance products in the Mid and Large group employer market • Experience navigating complex selling situations involving senior level employee benefits managers, procurement, and finance • Public Speaking experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Base salary range $100,000-$170,000 • Standard working hours 8am-5pm Central Time • Generous compensation and benefits package
