• B2C sales and relationship management: sell classified advertising plans to key account partners. • Visit BV partners alongside GR to present the benefits of the classifieds. • Organize and conduct training sessions for the sales team. • Analyze branch network dispersion. • Act as a liaison between departments, driving improvements. • Prepare visit maps/schedules in advance to plan in-person meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analysis or a related field. • Proven experience in key account sales, marketplaces, e-commerce, and strategic planning. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Advanced proficiency in: Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Canva, Copilot. • Valid Category B driver’s license. • Availability to travel 2–3 weeks per month — regions include Alagoas, Sergipe, Ceará, Rio de Janeiro, Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte and Espírito Santo. • Must own a car for external partner visits. • Must reside in the interior of São Paulo state (e.g., Campinas, Jundiaí, Sorocaba, etc.).
