• Serve as the company’s commercial lead and owner on managing and successfully renewing our most sophisticated and complex existing customer accounts within a named book of business. • Identify, pursue, and expand revenue by navigating cross-functional, cross-sell opportunities to maximize growth and scale revenue with each existing customer within a name book of business against a defined growth target. • Liaise with our most senior level customer decision makers and budget holders (VP+, C-level) commercial stakeholders and leaders to build relationships as a trusted advisor • Travel up to 3-4x per year to attend industry-relevant events and conferences relevant to our target audience. • Leverage deep product and industry knowledge to demonstrate solution-selling techniques, uncover customer challenges and revenue risk, and deliver valuable solutions to secure long-term partnerships. • Work closely with the product team to translate feature requests from prospects and clients into actionable product developments. • CRM maintenance in Hubspot at a regular cadence,, and applicable reporting to the company’s C-level executive management team in a timely manner upon request • Collaborate closely with and potentially mentor existing Customer Success Team members
• At least 8 - 10 years of SaaS experience in sales and account management in a quota-carrying role at the Enterprise level. • A background in market research, consumer insights, CX and/or the media & entertainment industry is a strong plus. • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and can excel comfortably in complex and ambiguous environments • Highly-strategic in interpersonal and communication approach in order to drive outcomes • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations, with strong attention to detailed numbers • Deep understanding and strong perspective and application of pricing/packaging strategy, SaaS contract clauses, developing Statements of Work, and working with enterprise-level Procurement
