• Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities within Europe. • Achieve annual sales, revenue, and funnel targets. • Develop and maintain business relationships at all levels. • Actively sell to clients in the field. • Frequent travel will be required to visit customers in person. • Maintain contact with existing customers and develop new ones. • Perform sales presentations for internal and external customers. • Interface with Subject Matter Experts and work with proposal managers.
• BA/BS/PhD degree in a Life Sciences discipline; • Existing knowledge of the Cell and/or Gene Therapy field. • Existing network in Cell and Gene Therapy space • 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in sales. • Previous experience with a CDMO organization essential. • Outstanding ability to build key customer relationships. • Ability to educate and demonstrate technical value propositions. • Proven track record of acquiring new business. • Strategic and analytical mindset with excellent presentation and influencing skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory).
