Description

• IT Product Support Lead serves as an administrator and level 2 support contact for one or more products ensuring product availability, stability and enhancement to support business operations • Works closely with business system owners, end-users and product providers to maintain the product roadmap and requirements backlog based on requirements and feedback • Implements and/or liaises with a technical development team/product provider for implementation of fixes and requirements • Responsible for platform administration, user training and support, product roadmap maintenance, system configurations and testing, managing custom settings, data loads, data governance, change control, release, and upgrade management, and more • Leads Product Governance meetings, supports financial audits, and keeps system inventory updated • Provides Level 2 support to users, coordinates issue resolution, troubleshoots issues, communicates with users, and is responsible for specific accounting and PSA related tasks

Requirements

• Education: BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • Experience: 5+ years • Required Skills: Certinia/ Financial Force PSA: administration, apex programming, support, reporting - Required • Previous experience in implementing Certinia PSA solutions - Required • NetSuite – administration, support, reporting - Preferred • Experience working in a Clinical CRO – Preferred • Required Certifications – Required • Good understanding of standard vs customized functionality • Hands-on developer expertise in Apex language, triggers, test code & coverage, Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Ability to understand business requirements around Finance Accounting and PSA • Continuous learner, staying updated on latest trends and product features • Strong communication skills, triaging skills, and issue management tools experience • Ability to coordinate with and train other IT staff for redundancy • Exhibit Catalyst values (Collaboration, Learning, Listening, Flexibility, and Commitment)
