• Facilitate the Talent Acquisition process • Identify, engage, and assess top tier engineers • Support college recruiting efforts • Execute full life cycle recruiting process • Maintain all candidates in an Applicant Tracking System
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance (note, only US Citizens are eligible for security clearances) • 2 - 4 years executing full lifecycle recruiting to include offer development and negotiation • 2 years of technical recruiting supporting a Software Engineering or Cyber Security team • 2 years of experience sourcing or recruiting cleared technical professionals • 1 year of experience as a Sourcer at a larger tech company OR 1 year as an Agency Recruiter • Desire to learn and stay ahead of advances or changes to relevant technologies • Fanatic organization and attention to detail • Non-negotiable standard for EXCELLENCE
