📋 Description

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and recommend search approaches • Review applicants in the Applicant Tracking System and evaluate qualifications against position requirements • Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans • Source candidates using resume databases, search engines, networking sites, Boolean search, referrals, and Cielo's proprietary campaigning software • Engage talent communities via phone, email, and social media • Articulate the client and role value proposition to candidates • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely application and interview updates • Draft and use phone interview templates and assess candidate fit • Issue and evaluate skills testing and review background and reference information when required • Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process • Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines • Present offers, negotiate counter-offers, and drive candidate acceptance • Adhere to OFCCP and other compliance standards • Build talent pipelines and deliver strong candidate slates • Report recruiting activities, metrics, and efforts to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership • Identify search difficulties and recommend solutions to stakeholders • Communicate search status proactively and provide consultative recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field strongly preferred • Minimum of two or more years' recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting • Demonstrated recruiting successes • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics • German and Turkish language skills
