• Serve as the primary direct contact for Clinigen customers, including hospitals, physicians, and pharmacists • Service customer needs and provide information and support for Clinigen and client products • Process customer orders, enquiries, quotations, and product sourcing requests accurately and within SLAs • Follow regulatory, legislative, compliance, and SOP requirements when handling customer data and orders • Log compliance-based enquiries, complaints, non-conformances, and stock excursions in the Quality system • Respond to inbound calls, emails, faxes, and digital-platform enquiries while meeting department KPIs • Make outbound customer calls for strategic projects or business requirements • De-escalate customer interactions and escalate issues to senior team members when needed • Build and maintain long-term customer and internal stakeholder relationships • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer accounts are compliant and configured appropriately • Promote Clinigen Direct and encourage customers to use the digital ordering platform • Support training, process improvement, compliance refreshers, and other Customer Service activities • Track personal objectives and departmental KPIs with the line manager
• Fluent written and verbal language ability for assigned region(s); non-native speakers must converse at an excellent level across all mediums • Minimum GCSE and/or equivalent regional qualification • Demonstrable experience working in a customer service environment • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus • Ability to multitask with strong organisational skills • Adaptable and dynamic approach to industry trends and technological developments • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages • Oracle system and digital experience are a distinct advantage • Own transport • High attention to detail • Confidentiality and integrity • Strong communication skills at all levels • Sound time management skills • Disciplined, able to use initiative, forward-thinking, and proactive
