• Looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team building systems that decentralize applications • Shaping the product and team that will build core infrastructure • Ensuring the company meets ambitious engineering goals • Changing the way people build applications • Passion for meeting business needs by building technical, innovative solutions • Ability to understand how big-picture goals inform technical details • Thriving in a fast-paced iterative engineering environment • Experience in delivering scalable distributed systems • Track record of having past teams respect you as both a technical leader and manager

Requirements

• Experience leading a team • Comfortable leading and hiring a team • Excel at planning, creating teams, and overseeing execution • Comfortable building developer-loved APIs that scale • Demonstrating a track record of leading a team • Experience implementing tools, process, internal instrumentation, methodologies and resolving blockages • Comfortable managing teams/projections with tight deadlines and short release cycles • Bonus: Experience building massive distributed systems • Bonus: Experience leading teams using modern JavaScript, C++, Web Assembly, Rust or Go
