Description
• Provide technical and operational support for Cloudflare's Global Commissions Program & Strategy • Support accuracy and timely distribution of commission payments and statements for Cloudflare Sales Team • Help drive Cloudflare's Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Tool strategy • Drive alignment amongst stakeholders and project manage commissions calculation inputs • Own sales performance analytics for Cloudflare Sales Team and provide insights to leadership • Scale consistent practices and documentation for commissions processes • Implement SOX Controls and partner with internal audit • Collaborate with Sales Compensation Design Team for compensation plan changes
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of FP&A, Consulting, or Commissions Finance experience • Firm grasp of commission administrative process flow • Experience with commissions-specific SOX Controls • Highly proficient in Excel / GoogleSheets • Experience with SQL platforms and queries • Communication and project management skills
