• Assist with drafting cost agreements. • Open new matters. • Confirm and enter correct client contact details. • Save various documents to matters. • Run conflict checks for possible new clients. • Data entry and document filing. • Administrative functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field • Previous experience working in a law firm • Familiarity with contract and document management • Proficient in using document management software • Skilled in file administration tasks, including setting up new matters • Knowledgeable in using LEAP Legal Software, MS Office Tools, and other relevant technology • Demonstrate exceptional spoken English proficiency • Previous experience working in an Australian company is highly desirable
