Description

• Serve as solution lead on project team that involves eliciting requirements from clients, formulating that into a coherent design, leading a team to configure the solution, and working to deploy those solutions • Highly client-facing role • Lead project from kickoff to deployment • Mentoring and management role to more junior consultants outside of project team • Lead smaller engagements without assistance and assist in larger, more challenging Enterprise Transformation engagements • Lead team in delivery of Anaplan solution implementations leveraging the ASTRAL methodology • Collaborate on project management deliverables • Guide and lead model building team • Collaborate with client team members • Identify, contribute, and execute initiatives to make it easier for those who come after you • Completion of directed training curriculum • Active participation in company events & culture activities • Mentor junior team member(s) in development of their skills and advancement in their careers

Requirements
