Description
• Act as primary point of contact for post-sale customers • Drive renewal rates and identify upsell opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers • Partner closely with cross-functional team • Hold regular calls with customers for success planning • Contribute to customer's digital CX strategy • Collaborate with Sales for upsell opportunities • Drive renewals to successful completion • Lead relationship with Executive Sponsors • Own the renewal process for 'low growth' accounts
Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in CSM or similar customer-facing role • Highly organized • Exceptional relationship management • Comfortable collaborating with various teams • Strong team player • Analytics mindset • Proficient understanding of web and mobile app architecture, design, and development • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proven experience in a customer-facing role • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
