Description

• Design, develop, and execute an EMEA partner strategy • Lead and coach the EMEA team in driving a successful strategy • Actively lead and drive the recruitment of new channel partners • Build business plans and communicate internally and externally • Contribute to ongoing development and execution of partner growth strategy • Meet or exceed revenue targets • Capture and communicate market intelligence • Evangelize company products and recruit key alliances • Provide financial analyses and forecasting • Establish metrics to assess sales impact • Monitor competitor activity • Manage objectives and provide strategic and tactical directions

Requirements

• 8+ years working with large resellers/distributors in the EMEA space • Experience working for / or with Security Software Companies • Strong track record of scaling a business • Understanding of Partner Programs and contracts • Excellent analytics skills and accountability • Salesforce.com experience a plus • Travel throughout EMEA as required • Preferably bilingual with English and German or French
