Description

• Completely own both the sales cycle and post-sale relationship nurturing, upselling, and cross-selling existing clients • Become a subject-matter expert on Copy.ai’s AI products and solutions, particularly Workflows • Understand and expand product offerings to meet client's goals • Provide world-class service and white-glove treatment to clients • Partner with Solutions, Marketing, and Product Teams for best-in-class service • Own the entire customer relationship journey from first contact through annual renewal • Dog-food Copy.ai’s products and solutions and provide continuous feedback for customer empathy

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive B2B SaaS tech sales and account management/customer success management experience • Customer-centric and relationship-oriented • Extensive knowledge of complex B2B enterprise SaaS sales • World-class communicator in verbal and written communication • Highly ambitious, a self-starter, take initiative, results, metrics, and success driven • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable • Experience using Salesforce, GoogleSuite, Slack, Notion, and Zoom • Bonus: Technically minded with prior experience in sales or account management in AI industry
