📋 Description

• Own and manage the Billing Inbox • Execute weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly billing cycles for existing customers • Manage billing batches and portfolio operations • Administer bespoke billing data requirements and approval workflows for high-priority accounts • Maintain customer master data in NetSuite • Verify purchase order numbers and global billing records • Investigate client inquiries in the Freshdesk ticket system • Review relevant case studies and formulate action plans for client inquiries • Execute supplemental projects and operational tasks supporting departmental goals • Accelerate revenue cycles through prompt invoicing and billing practices • Deliver accurate work ahead of established timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Proven proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce • Strong experience leveraging ERP and CRM ecosystems for billing operations • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks and multitask • Ability to maintain accuracy in high-velocity environments • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external client organizations • Ability to work under high-volume workload pressures • Ability to adhere to strict month-end and quarter-end reporting windows and meet firm deadlines • Active listening and proactive follow-up skills • In-depth working knowledge of global regulatory requirements and tax structures, including VAT, regional tax codes, and invoicing compliance standards
