• Identify and plan commercial strategies to engage strategic prospects by analyzing market variables, aiming to obtain competitive advantages, generate business opportunities, expand the customer base and ensure achievement of established goals and KPIs. • Gather information and facilitate interaction between the prospect and business units, as well as enter project details into the pricing system, in order to prepare a commercial proposal tailored to the client's needs and expectations, enabling approval in line with defined margins and ensuring accuracy in project outcomes. • Lead negotiation meetings with clients to ensure deal closure with appropriate pricing and margins. • Oversee implementation of projects and solutions, mobilizing internal teams and handing over to the Customer Success area for ongoing support, to ensure the client has proper integration with the purchased product or service and achieves success in their journey with Cortex. • Continuously share experiences, best practices and achieved results with the commercial team to contribute to team enablement and the attainment of department objectives.
• Experience selling SaaS products. • Proven track record as a 100% hunter (focused on new business acquisition). • Excellent business acumen. • Ability to understand customer needs. • Ability to build executive-level relationships with clients. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. • Knowledge of and practical experience applying sales methodologies (SPICED, SPIN Selling or Sandler).
