• Act with the objective of achieving revenue growth targets within the current client base, focusing on keeping the company competitive and innovative. • Serve as the liaison for insurers' strategic positioning with i4pro to ensure the best use of available resources from both the client and i4pro. • Manage the achievement of corporate targets through the monitoring and management of performance indicators. • Support the growth of the company's sales potential by developing sales plans aligned with strategies from senior management. • Analyze the sales process and implement improvements aimed at increasing sales, market effectiveness, service excellence, and a superior external customer experience. • Drive improvement initiatives across all areas of i4pro to enhance the customer experience and continuously improve i4pro's NPS. • Maintain strong knowledge of all company products and services to offer the best solution for the client's business and to identify new opportunities. • Work across the entire opportunity lifecycle — from opportunity identification and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Essential experience in the insurance market. • Experience working in technology companies. • Strong experience selling technology solutions and services. • Experience in client negotiation. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to develop your own competencies and help others develop theirs. • Hunter sales profile (proactive and new-business oriented). • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proficiency in English.
