📋 Description

• Prospect new clients; • Serve existing clients; • Prepare proposals by calculating selling prices; • Execute sales process routines (sales contracts, customer registrations, and SAP inquiries); • Address customers' technical needs - R&D; • Monitor production, inventory, and demand; • Meet internal and client deadlines – Logistics; • Review current issues and changes related to taxes/levies by customer/region – Accounting; • Assist with collections for overdue accounts - Finance; • Obtain credit limits – Finance; • Attend to and visit customers; • Represent the company at industry trade shows.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree; • Microsoft Office package; • SAP system experience; • Fluent English; • Specialization in the field (preferred); • Sales negotiation techniques (preferred); • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Production Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields (preferred); • Additional courses or post-graduate studies in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred); • Knowledge of the coffee market in the VENDING/FOOD SERVICE and PRIVATE LABEL segments (preferred); • Sales management: experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools (preferred); • Sales planning: ability to develop sales strategies and plans (preferred); • Commercial skills such as negotiation, effective communication, proactivity, interpersonal relationship, resilience, and results orientation (preferred); • Willingness to travel (preferred).
