📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and final agreements • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including background checks, compliance forms, and document management • Manage onboarding activities through BambooHR and Paylocity • Prepare self-billing invoices for contractors • Maintain HR SOPs and process employment verification requests • Track company events, trainings, and employee anniversaries • Coordinate executive travel and corporate purchasing as directed by HR and Finance leadership • Manage HR and administrative task queues, deadlines, and related metrics • Communicate with executives, international teams, and candidates • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee, payroll, and financial information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent • 2+ years of HR administration experience preferred • Experience with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding/offboarding • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, ATS, and Google Workspace • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization, task management, and attention to detail • Ability to manage HR and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively • Ability to handle confidential employee, payroll, and financial information with discretion
