• Ensure customer success by providing enterprise-level support to customers and partners • Develop a deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream • Provide extraordinary technical support across various channels • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer issues • Follow standard procedures for issue resolution • Create and document knowledge base tech notes and participate in real-time forums
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • Experience supporting enterprise customers or working with distributed systems • Passion for working on complex technical issues • Expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent client-facing and communication skills • Experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, and Networking • Regex and JS experience is a plus • Fast learner • Bonus: Experience with Splunk, Elasticsearch, LogStash
