• Drive revenue growth and establish a strong market presence within the logistics sector • Lead sales and develop strategic business relationships • Position quantum-powered computing solutions as integral components for solving complex challenges in logistics • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline • Collaborate with clients to articulate the value proposition of quantum computing solutions • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders • Acquire and expand new accounts with focus on customer retention and upsell • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team • Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies within logistics • Conduct market analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Tailor quantum computing solutions to meet logistics industry requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus • Minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience • Deep understanding of the logistics industry • Prior experience launching/selling new solutions to customers in the logistics sector • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills • Proven experience in a leadership role • Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or a strong willingness to learn • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Self-starter with the ability to bootstrap a new line-of-business • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts • Willingness to travel as needed
