• Head of Sales Operations responsible for leading the sales team in meeting seller acquisition and sales revenue targets • Optimize sales processes and productivity leveraging data for informed decision making • Plan, set targets, and execute strategies to meet objectives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and provide insights for product improvements • Prepare regular sales and seller reports • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience leading and executing in a fast-moving scaling environment • Ability to create and deliver strategies to realize team and company objectives • Data-driven decision maker leveraging data to optimize sales strategies • Experience in optimizing sales processes and implementing successful change • Proven experience as a Sales leader within e-commerce or online marketplace industry • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Success in developing and managing sales pipelines • Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn, Salesforce, sales automation tools, and appointment scheduling software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of e-commerce trends and online marketplaces is desirable
