Description

• Travel Management: Arrange travel and accommodations for events, conferences, and summits. Coordinate the planning and logistics of company retreats and summits. • Performance Review: Facilitate the performance review process, assisting managers and ensuring clear communication. • Engagement Survey: Manage the survey process, including question review and data maintenance in Culture Amp. • Recruitment Support: Assist with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment analytics. • Onboarding: Conduct and update the orientation presentation, including the organizational chart and handbook. • Off-boarding: Manage termination processes, including document preparation and conducting exit interviews.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in English. • Strong empathy and sense of ownership. • Proficiency with online collaboration tools (Google Suite, Notion, Slack). Nice to have: • Proficiency in Spanish. • Experience in an HR role. • Familiarity with the tech industry.
