• Support customers, prospects, and community with deep learning solutions • Automate support using AI techniques • Collaborate with go-to-market team, researchers, and engineers • Identify technologies, integrations, and workflows to streamline support • Solve customer issues by building automated solutions • Triage immediate issues, solve bugs, and enhance product improvements • Provide technical leadership and education to customers • Build prototypes and work across engineering, sales, and marketing teams • Work with cutting-edge hardware and software stacks

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with proficiency in Python, Rust, and TypeScript/JavaScript • Ability to learn and deploy technical solutions across different stacks • Experience delivering software demonstrations to various audiences • Experience partnering with sales to provide technical solutions • Problem-solving skills and experience building and supporting software products • Understanding of modern machine learning frameworks is a plus
