Description

• Manage the Company’s operating model • Drive the annual budget process and monthly financial forecasts • Track key business metrics • Make data-driven business recommendations to the leadership team • Partner with all departments to build financial models around complex business initiatives • Provide financial consulting and support to all business partners • Enhance reporting and metrics for improved decision making • Collaborate with various teams on financial and operational related analyses • Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies • Identify and implement an FP&A software solution • Support financing and M&A activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA highly desired • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements • Experience in the advertising technology ecosystem required • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and quantitative analysis • Experience with financial systems and tools (ERP systems, Excel, BI platforms) • Comfortable with large data sets • Highly organized with attention to detail • Able to adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Analytical and data-driven with a problem-solving approach
