📋 Description

• Own and scale a high-potential sales pipeline, fueled by both targeted outbound efforts and a strong stream of existing inbound leads. • Run the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close, across SMB accounts. • Capitalize on existing traction, accelerating deals in a market where interest and demand are already proven. • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and position deskbird as the go-to solution for modern, hybrid workplaces. • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and influence buying decisions at scale. • Consistently exceed revenue targets by executing smart, data-driven outbound and account strategies. • Play a foundational role in building deskbird’s DACH presence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on outbound. • A proven track record of pipeline generation and closing both outbound and high-velocity inbound deals. • Experience selling to SMB customers. • High ownership mentality - you thrive in environments where you build, iterate, and move fast. • A passion for outbound sales, business development, and winning competitive deals. • Native in German and Fluent in English.
