• Secure and grow advertising revenue through programmatic media campaigns with focus on Performance CTV • Develop relationships with key decision makers • Identify and sell new media solutions to brands and agencies • Prepare, present, and close new business through industry events • Maintain accurate log of ongoing sales activity and opportunities • Consistently exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators
• Strong existing relationships with agencies and brands in Austin or Dallas Fort-worth area • At least 3 years of experience in media sales or managing brand advertising campaigns • Recent CTV/OTT experience a plus • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or startup preferred • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets • Knowledge of OTT/CTV industry landscape • Skilled in new business development and communication with senior management • Excellent customer facing skills, specifically in negotiation • Experience with CRM management a plus • Hard-working, persistent, go-getter attitude
