📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end hiring for engineering, from role kickoff through offer acceptance • Develop and implement compelling outreach and interview experiences, including A/B testing messaging strategies • Report and analyze recruiting data to improve throughput and offer acceptance rates • Craft and deliver messages to attract and engage candidates, representing Doxel in a competitive talent market • Understand candidates' short-term and long-term career goals and advise them on how Doxel can meet their aspirations • Collaborate with hiring managers to design and optimize interview processes based on data and feedback • Partner with hiring managers to uncover concerns and provide solutions for team performance and career development • Partner with the US Technical Recruiter on full-cycle hiring • Contribute to headcount planning, role design, and compensation benchmarking • Partner with senior leadership to shape how Doxel attracts, evaluates, and hires talent • Flex across Engineering recruiting as Doxel scales

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments • Track record of recruiting top talent from leading AI and tech companies • Proven success scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch in a high-growth environment • Deep understanding of competencies across levels and roles; able to calibrate talent quickly • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders; capable of shaping roles, advising on compensation, and guiding decisions • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruiting data and drive improvements • Proficiency with multiple ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.) • Strong focus on candidate experience and talent brand
