Description

• Represent Olipop in the Northeast • Prioritize time to focus on high impact areas • Work with DSD partners, sales resources, retailers, and dynamic team • Lead, manage, and own the business across the northern East Coast • Explore and drive new opportunities • Build brand loyalty across all sales channels • Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and national accounts • Establish and manage partnerships with distributors and food brokers • Translate national business strategy into locally executable plans • Negotiate funding agreements with distributor partners • Design and implement incentive programs for sales objectives • Execute and evaluate rolling forecasts • Manage key retailers and establish promotion calendars • Lead, motivate, mentor, coach, and train a team of Regional Managers • Provide category management leadership and marketplace insights and analysis • Conceive and execute short and long-term plans • Accountable for cost containment, sales growth, revenue and profit growth

Requirements

• Holistic sales skills • Use of data and data-based storytelling • Identification of primary and backup strategies • High EQ approach to selling and leading a team • Passionate about Olipop • Desire and hunger to make an impact • Experience managing a field sales team • Understanding of customer behavior • Enthusiastic and comfortable working in an early stage company • Ability to think rapidly in a growing and changing environment • Experience in the Natural Products Industry • Established relationships and experience working with key retail accounts and distributors • Ability to work autonomously • Works well with ambiguity • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills • Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills • Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Suite • 5-10 years of experience in sales within a consumer-packaged goods company • Proficient in Data Tools and Trade Math • Clean driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance • Ideal candidate located in the Northeast Region of the US
