Description

• DSI is a sales enablement company looking for an Area Sales Manager for the Door to Door sales channel • Responsible for providing product and sales coaching, leadership, and direction for dealers and clients • Develop and implement strategies to drive production results • Prospect, recruit, and onboard new dealers • Conduct business meetings, develop strategic plans, and ensure target delivery • Partner with sales team to qualify, recruit, and launch new dealers • Assist new dealers to become successful within the first 90 days • Maintain strong business relationships and facilitate ease of doing business with DSI

Requirements

• Three or more years of professional-level sales experience; at least two in a sales management role preferred • Crisis management, resourceful, and solution-oriented abilities • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business preferred • Ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and adjust to different weather conditions • Availability to travel 70% of the time
