Description

• Manage administrative functions for Salesforce • Design and implement cross-functional system changes • Proactively identify new features and workflow changes • Develop and prioritize product features • Collaborate with various teams and gather requirements • Define standards for Administration and Maintenance • Produce documentation and training materials • Stay on top of market and technology trends • Help out on day-to-day tasks as needed

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, IT project management, and/or other relevant IT experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce • Experience with Hubspot and Netsuite integrations • Experience with MacOS and Google Workspaces • Knowledge of Windows, Azure Active Directory, Zendesk and MDM a plus • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously under deadlines • Intellectually curious and loves learning new things • Strong writing and communication skills • Ability to translate business requirements into product specifications • Attention to detail and structured thinking • Team-oriented and willing to work in a growing organization
