• Engage with Italian-speaking clients, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions. • Meet and exceed monthly targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Connect with prospects and clients, driving revenue and delivering exceptional service.
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian (written and spoken). • Strong command of English for internal systems and training. • Must either reside in Portugal or be ready to relocate to Portugal with valid EU working rights. • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, managing multiple digital tools, and adapting to new software.
• Base Salary: €1,024 gross per month, paid 14 times a year (includes standard summer and winter allowances). • Performance Bonus: Up to €225 gross monthly KPI bonus based on sales targets and quality metrics. • Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day, distributed via a dedicated meal card. • A private room in a fully furnished shared apartment for those moving from outside of Portugal. • Comprehensive, fully paid initial onboarding to set you up for ultimate sales success.
