📋 Description

• Manage 10–15 active searches across departments and brands • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and build reusable talent pools • Design multi-step outbound campaigns using email sequences, InMail cadences, and follow-ups • Run first-round interviews and represent eJam to candidates • Keep scheduling, feedback, and communication moving through every hiring stage • Prepare offers and hand off smoothly into onboarding • Handle confidential and leadership searches discreetly • Manage recruitment spend across LinkedIn job slots, PPC ads, and Indeed campaigns • Present weekly recruitment spend to the People Operations Manager • Own weekly recruitment reports across inbound, outbound, and agency pipelines • Track open-role status and raise blockers, candidate quality, and volume concerns with suggested solutions • Provide market intelligence on compensation and talent availability • Deliver against time-to-fill, outbound response rate, interview advancement, and day-30 hiring manager satisfaction metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years full-cycle recruiting, owning roles from kickoff to signed offer • Experience recruiting for or with a US-based company — ideally marketing, advertising, eCommerce, or agency • Fully fluent professional English, written and spoken • Daily live video calls with US candidates • Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience, including Boolean strings, projects, InMail campaigns, and talent pools • Hands-on Workable experience running requisitions, pipelines, and offers • Experience using AI for sourcing, screening, outreach, research, or automation • Experience managing budgets, including job board spend, sponsored postings, or agency costs, and reporting on them • Ability to carry 10–15 searches at once across different functions and seniority levels • Availability for 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Pacific, Monday–Friday • Independent contractor arrangement
