Description

• Lead and supervise a team of Filipino bookkeepers, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks. • Review and reconcile financial statements, ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations and accounting standards. • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and provide strategic advice on tax planning and optimization. • Manage and oversee the preparation of tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other relevant filings. • Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and improved financial performance. • Stay updated on changes to U.S. tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the team is informed and compliant with current requirements. • Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency. • Provide training and support to Filipino staff on U.S. tax laws, accounting principles, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification preferred. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with demonstrated leadership experience. • Knowledge of U.S. tax laws and regulations, with experience in tax preparation and compliance. • Experience working with e-commerce businesses is highly preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll.
