• Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients to uncover sales opportunities • Sales Support: Provide commercial support for customers and assist in Salesforce management • Product Expertise: Understand AV products and services and communicate effectively • Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads for sales opportunities • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual sales presentations and demonstrations • Closing Sales: Drive closure of sales orders to achieve targets • CRM Mastery: Utilize CRM software for managing leads and sales activities • Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and technical team for resolving customer needs • Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze data to enhance strategies • Customer Satisfaction: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in inside sales or related field • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with CRM software preferred • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets • Technical aptitude for understanding AV products and solutions • Self-motivated and results-driven
