• Build relationships with customers and understand their event goals • Renew accounts and expand customer spend • Communicate Eventbase’s product value proposition to customers • Conduct online presentations and demonstrations • Be an expert in the event industry • Collaborate with Solution Engineer team for feature enhancements • Create proposals, contracts, and handle negotiation conversations • Work with internal and external stakeholders • Drive the product roadmap through customer insights • Represent Eventbase at industry trade shows and conferences
• Experience with selling technology solutions in a B2B environment • Ideally 3+ years of enterprise account management • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets • Event industry experience considered an asset • Interest in mobile technology • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • CRM proficiency (ideally Salesforce) • Experience with RFPs, MSAs, and SOWs • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision • Strong team player with positive attitude • Willingness to travel (~10%) to the United States
