Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Technology and Innovation Officer (CTIO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tactical and strategic support tasks for the CTIO and team, while ensuring the smooth operation of the CTIO's office. This individual will be a liaison for the CTIO team when engaging with internal and external stakeholders. This is a remote flexible role; however, the candidate will be expected to travel within the DC metro area to support onsite CTIO events, as needed. The successful candidate will be a member of a team of Administrators that reports directly to the Lead Executive Administrator.

Requirements

• Manage the CTIO's calendar and contacts including scheduling meetings, appointments, events, and keeping contact details up to date. • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. • Attend meetings to provide administrative support, take notes, and follow up on action items, as needed. • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and meeting requests and respond accordingly. • Assist in preparing and editing documents, agendas, research, reports, and presentations.
