Description
• The DOT Compliance Manager focuses on maintaining driver standards • Ensuring vehicles and drivers of FBN operate safely and within compliance • Managing the administration & tactical operations of vehicle assets • Collaborating with Human Resources for employee drivers qualification • Managing all facets of DOT Compliance • Ensuring driver eligibility based on insurance standards • Providing industry expertise and best practices to relevant business stakeholders • Serving as the primary point of contact for any DOT Audit inquiries
Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in Fleet Management and Transportation • Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and techniques • Strong DOT and FMCSA regulations knowledge • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field of study preferred • Organized and detail oriented • Analytical: Proficient in problem solving • Collaborative: Demonstrated ability to build relationships • Safety-minded: demonstrated commitment to safety • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Strong G-Suite skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Adaptable to change and comfortable within a dynamic growing organization
