Description

• Own the entire post-sales experience including software implementation/build, user onboarding, customer renewals, and strategic account management • Organize, run, and participate in the build and configuration of the Federato software implementation for customers • Act as a trusted advisor internally working cross-functionally to deliver on customer needs • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at clients • Develop insight and understanding of customer’s business needs, goals, and product utilization • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in P&C or Specialty insurance preferred • Experience in solutions consulting, customer engagement, or client-facing roles a plus • Outstanding ability to take a consultative approach and nurture positive business relationships • Accountability, personal organization, and project management skills required • Ability to lead and train a diverse group according to needs and core values • A founder-mindset focused on improving customer experience and solutions • Strong business acumen and executive presence • Technology savvy and innovative problem solver • Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, communications or marketing helpful

Benefits
