Description

• Own customer deployments in various cloud infrastructures and/or on-prem • Help with debugging issues in deployments and articulate best practices • Responsible for writing blog posts, updating documentation, and building internal enablement material • Partner with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap • Provision W&B services in various environments • Be an expert in implementing machine learning pipelines using W&B tools • Provide customer training, product demos, and workshops • Collaborate with teams internally to influence product roadmap

Requirements

• Track record of systematically documenting issues • Prior technical customer-facing experience • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, networking, and cloud-managed services • Strong fundamentals of using IaC tools, preferably Terraform • Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) • SaaS, Web service/distributed system operations experience • Basic proficiency in Python and eagerness to help customers with Python deep learning frameworks • Strong Linux/Unix command line experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to break down complex problems and resolve them through customer consultation
