Description

• Owns the Technology Compliance Management function • Establishes GRC best practices • Enhances Security processes • Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance • Works with cross-functional teams to assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement in security posture

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security governance, IT audit, or security compliance • 3+ years of leading projects and influencing security and control decisions • Experience with control frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, NIST FISMA/FedRAMP/CSF, and CJIS CSP) • Competency with cloud computing technologies and SaaS application • Experience in a technical role with proven success in timely delivery of projects • Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and ruthless prioritization • Successful promotion of driving changes in culture of compliance and building credibility • Experience with fast-growing cloud-native SaaS start-ups • Experience managing people or leading a small team
